M & M Equipment is a trusted, locally owned material handling company serving Delavan and the surrounding areas. We are seeking a Forklift Service Technician who takes pride in quality repairs, problem-solving, and customer relationships.

Forklift Service Technician

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and material handling equipment (electric, propane, gas, diesel)
  • Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Complete service calls at customer locations and in-shop
  • Maintain accurate service records
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal staff
  • Represent M & M Equipment professionally

Qualifications

  • 2+ years mechanical or equipment repair experience (forklifts preferred, not required)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Basic electrical and hydraulic knowledge
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to learn and grow
